About MarbellaReport

Independent Marbella Real Estate Market Intelligence

We are not agents. We don't take commissions. We exist for one reason: to give international investors the data they need to buy property in Marbella with confidence—not hope.

01The Origin Story

MarbellaReport was born from frustration. Like many international investors researching the Marbella real estate market, we found that the "Marbella Market" isn't one market—it's 28 distinct neighborhoods where living just 3km in the wrong direction can fundamentally change your lifestyle and your ROI. From luxury homes in Sierra Blanca and the Golden Mile to buy-to-let apartments in Nueva Andalucía, every area tells a different story.

We realized that without local price-per-square-meter data, buyers were unknowingly paying a "Gringo Tax"—often overpaying by 10–30% due to information asymmetry. Whether you're searching for the best place to buy property in Spain or comparing Marbella real estate prices across micro-markets like Sierra Blanca, Nueva Andalucía, or the beachfront zones, the same problem applied: the data simply wasn't accessible to outsiders.

We set out to fix that.

02The Philosophy: Intelligence Over Profit

MarbellaReport is the only fully independent property report for Marbella. We don't list properties, represent sellers, or take transaction fees. Our revenue comes from report sales—nothing else.

This matters because every agency-produced "market report" has an inherent bias: they need you to buy. We don't. Our only incentive is to be accurate enough that you trust us and tell others.

03The Team: Experience Meets Innovation

The Leadership

Our founders bring decades of experience from major global corporations, ensuring professional-grade due diligence and financial rigor in every Marbella real estate market report we produce.

The AI Engine

We have allied with a team of AI-native data scientists to process thousands of data points—from Land Registry records to future infrastructure projects and emerging Marbella real estate trends—creating the most comprehensive Marbella dataset available today.

Editorial Standards

Every insight is cross-referenced against official sources like the INE (National Statistics Institute) and local Notariado records. We use actual sold prices from the Registro de la Propiedad—not inflated portal asking prices.
